Awaken Your Feminine Energy is a five-week experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with the woman beneath the responsibilities, expectations and constant doing.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering the woman you’ve always been.
Through a carefully curated blend of yoga, guided meditation, yoga nidra and reflective journaling, you’ll create space to replenish your energy, deepen your relationship with yourself and rediscover the quiet confidence that comes from living in alignment with who you truly are.
Because feminine energy isn’t something you earn.
It’s something you allow.

Over five weeks you’ll be guided through practices that invite you to:

Each week includes:
- A guided meditation to help you reconnect with yourself, quiet the mind and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
- A nourishing yoga practice. Throughout the course you’ll experience a carefully balanced blend of Hatha and Yin Yoga, each chosen with intention. Some practices invite you to move with strength, energy and purpose, while others encourage you to slow down, soften and simply receive.
- A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to calm your nervous system, replenish your energy and allow your body and mind to experience profound rest.
- A reflective journal prompt to deepen your self-awareness and gently integrate what you’ve experienced each week.
- Simple invitations to bring the practices into everyday life, helping you embody what you’ve learned beyond your yoga mat.
As the weeks unfold, you’ll begin to explore the natural dance between our masculine and feminine energies. Our masculine energy supports us to do, achieve and take action. Our feminine energy reminds us how to be—to rest, trust, receive and move through life with greater ease. Rather than choosing one over the other, this course invites you to cultivate a more harmonious balance between the two.
